Part of the charm of attending ROJAK is the opportunity to go to places where plebeians wouldn't normally go to. What have we got so far?

But you know what?
This ROJAK is by far the best in the "Save The Modern Building" Series.
Held at the penthouse of The Pearl Bank Apartment - which is Ed Poole's residence/office. This majestic monolith set on a hill behind Outram Park MRT is a masterpiece to be appreciated. The ascend allows the building to be slowly revealed from amongst the trees. The atrium garden allows the internal horse-shoe to be revered from 360 degrees. The intersecting cubes come together to form a geometric landscape that's personalised by the character of the occupants.
Take a lift up to the 37th storey and you are greeted by an unobstructed view of the city.
Ed Poole's penthouse is finished in concrete with the structural elements exposed. Flavoured by accents of teak + exceedingly disturbing blue UFO lighting fixtures + cross-sections of tree trunks as steps + antique mirrors aplenty ... the apartment was a visual orgasm. Had the lighting been better that night, I would have had a camera feast in there. Otherwise, get a better idea of it here.
So 2 interesting things to note about this ROJAK:
1) PEARLBANK APARTMENTS IS GOING EN-BLOC! PETITION AGAINST IT!!!
2) SOMEONE ASKED IF MY NOSE WAS REAL. I AM UBER FLATTERED!!! (in a strange mixture of surprise/are you sure?/offended/what a bluffer/shiok to know it looks nose-job-worthy)
