Nuptial Bliss: Afterthought.

Wedding ceremonies are not to be bereft of superstitions and rituals.

While there are some that are as shallow as a rimless dish, with the sole intention of antagonising the married couple; there are some that are as significant as the ang bao culture that runs deep in our mercernary Chinese souls.

To each their own, as a house divided against itself will not stand. I have conceded that as long as the married couple's opinion are kept in congruence - there is nothing friends, in-laws and pressure can do to make them cave.
